There is a program out there, my mom, a cancer patient is on it. You basically have to have zero income and then almost every manufacturer has an in house program that let you get scripts for free. She gets Glucophage, Tamoxiphen, and several others at no charge direct from the manufacturer, but her income is less than $7,000 per year and her expenses near that. If you have a similar situation it is a great program. If anyone is interested email back to the group and I will get the exact name of the program, which is common to all manufacturers, but you have to be pretty impoverished to benefit from it and have to give them a lot of personal information before they will approve you, and you have to deal with each manufacturer individually.
