Except that with bf, there is a natural barrier. You can’t give your babyanything you have through breastfeeding (except maybe AIDS). Susan

I was watching a program about eastern culture and was introduced to the concept of mouth feeding babies (from about 6+ months).  It is basically where the parent chews the food up for their baby and feeds their baby mouth-to-mouth similar to the way other animals do it with their offspring. I found it awkward yet very loving and a wonderful bonding experience.  I was wondering what others thought of this traditional practice. Any comments would be appreciated Sincerely, Douglas dad to Douglas 20/2/98 Web Page: http://www.geocities.com/Hollywood/Theater/8962/index.htm
