New-ish Tattoo and Delurk

Question:

I’ve been lurking for a while enjoying all the great banter and tats folks have shared, so I thought it was about time I shared mine. I got my first tat last April at the Tampa Bay tattoo expo. The artist is Todo from Atlanta.  I reviewed a lot of artists work locally and online before I selected him for his nice color work and arranged to meet him at the convention to get my first ink. Here is an off-angle photo of my tat: http://milieux.com/tattoo.jpg I’ve definatly got the bug now, and I’m planning on doing several sittings, hopefully incorporating into a nice back piece.  I’ve just started the processs of looking more closely at artists in the Tampa area. I feel it is a bit impractical to travel to Atlanta or wait for a local convention to continue on with Todo altho I really like his work. My first tat was a very pleasant experience, and I’m looking forward to adding more art. Lucretia —
