There is research, that heavy metals are responsible for degenerative brain conditions – including aluminium causing alzheimers. I know chromium is being pushed into vogue … and i note that it is a heavy metal…. but wait….. Ive forgotten what i was talking about….. oops….. sorry….. it must be the heavy metals……. Regards drdoc

I would warn people about guarana – it’s a stimulent that I don’t much care for. Try it for yourself if you like, but I avoid preparations that contain it. Personally, I think street crank is safer but that’s *just* me. And two of my neighbors – both of whom have been experimenting with various stimulents and diet aids for years. That is – they too find guarana a little "heavy" or "spooky". It isn’t very healthful IMHO – when I need to get up and go I use DMAE, gineng, ginko, and Zand’s Male Formula. Again -this is just me. dn – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – >STRESSED, TIRED, or OVERWEIGHT? > Try Trichromaleane-A unique all natural herbal blend with > "chromium picolinate" >Chromium Picolinate (the acclaimed mineral of the 90’s) along with a >mixture of several herbs: Bladderwack, Gotu Kola, Siberian Ginseng, Bee >Pollen, Guarana, Astragalus….and other herbs, aid your ailing body by >*Decreasing your weight >*Lose fat >*Increasing your stamina and energy >*REDUCES your sugar cravings >*Increases your mental alertness! > ……AND IT’S EASY!!!!!!
