Is this really a serious question?? Apart from the fact that penis size has absolutely nothing whatever to do with libido, how on earth can there be any link with the physical size of any part of the body and the incidence of acne? Got a big nose? Then watch out for herpes! Buck teeth? Mind that HIV! Small breasts? Keep an eye on that cholesterol level! I know that the cause of acne remains one of lifes great mysteries, but lets not get carried away! TJAYU.

This is actually not such a stupid question.  Testosterone has links with genitalia development, libido and acne as well as other things like body hair and muscle bulk etc.  Therefore, it is not so stupid to consider acne, libido and penis size as being causally associated. Cheers, Paul.
