Immune Sys Related Injuries, Cancer, Vaccines LAWSUIT

Question:

Hi Group I know Dr Brenneman personally and he is VERY dedicated to this effort. Please think about this and if you don’t want to participate ask your friend or relatives. Feel free to contact me directly at my e-mail Trudy Fielding – Hide quoted text — Show quoted text – > I received this via e-mail from Dr. Len Horowitz and thought some might find it > interesting.                                                     Robin

Response:

David You have missed the point. Many less toxic treatment can’t be patented-so big business won’t invest in seeing some of these treatments tested because they won’t make any money. There are some better ways to stay alive and fight the cancer. Did you Oprah’s show on breast cancer recently? She had a doctor who has a book out on how the slow or shrink cancers with DIET. You read this NG so you must believe in alternatives. Is it so hard to believe that the drug companies real concern is the bottom line? Remember how long it took to get the world’s doctors to see that many stomach ulcers were cause by a germ? TRF

Wonderfully vague, too.  Doesn’t really say who’s being sued, or exactly what it is they’ve done.  But they want your money to help file the damn thing anyway. >The following diseases would qualify a patient to join the suit: >    1. Anyone with a "new virus" disease- HIV, AIDS, Ebola.

Ebola — oh, that’s a good one.  First I’ve heard that it’s someone’s fault.  And HIV is the virus that causes AIDS — so why is it in there twice? >    2. Anyone with adverse effects from chemotherapy and/or >       radiation.

This is a real shotgun approach — sue the vaccine makers, sue anyone who has anything to do with chemo or radiation. >    3. Other vaccine and/or immune diseases- type-1 diabetes, Gerrig >       disease.

Type-1 diabetes was known to the ancient Greeks.  Damn them for vaccinating back then! I suppose that latter one is Lou Gehrig’s disease (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis).   >    4. If in doubt, send your medical records for review.

Right, and we’ll contrive some way in which you deserve money for it from someone, no matter how preposterous. >Note that this is in striking contrast to the silicone breast implant case >where both the DISEASE and the CAUSE were very controversial. But in spite >of these obstacles, over $3 Billion ($3,000,000,000) were won!

Yes, and there are a lot of people who think that was junk science run amok.  (Note to Ilena Rose:  response is not necessary.  I know what you think already.) >With the new AIDS and Ebola viruses, it is likely that a similar approach >can be used since much devastation has been caused by the producers of >these diseases. Reasonable legal targets would be Litton, Bionet, MIT, NYU, >and any other organization connected in any way to the production of these >diseases. In addition, it is crucial that the public be warned that revered >Universities are involved in these sordid activities.

"Production of Ebola."  Sheesh.  This is beyond ridiculous and well into disgusting.  Ambulance chasing at its worst. >In my experience, the major challenge will be to motivate patients to join >in this endeavor, since many applaud while few participate. The problems >that deter cancer patients from joining the suit may be: >    1. Despair in facing a lethal disease >    2. Disbelief that anyone would intentionally harm them >    3. Oh, how about:   * the notion is idiotic, demonizing the oncologists for being     unable to cure everyone of everything   * proving same is virtually impossible >Dr Brenneman is organizing a Cancer Class Action Suit that is designed to >FORCE the Pharmaceutical Industry to develop SAFE and EFFECTIVE cancer >treatments and STOP pushing toxic carcinogenic chemotherapy and radiation.

Right, because they LIKE toxic treatments — they want everyone to suffer and die, even themselves if they get it.  They’re just lazy; if they really wanted to develop SAFE and EFFECTIVE treatments, they could easily have done it by now. I could go on, of course, but why bother?   — David Wright :: wright at ibnets.com :: Not a Spokesman for Anyone      These are my opinions only, but they’re almost always correct.      While the unexamined life may not be worth living, the over-      examined life is not being lived.

Response:

>As I said. I know one of the doctors whose "promoting this silly lawsuit" >He is very sincere and not trolling for contributors.

Sincerity is highly overrated as a virtue.  It has nothing to do with merit. >He’s looking for medical records  BTW There’s new studies out on >vaccine on melanoma. Why are you so hostile to someone trying to help >people?

Because it’s not at all clear that he’s going to help anyone with anything.  The message posted earlier was so scattershot as to be useless.  It reminded me of the Monty Python line, "Surround everyone with everything we’ve got!" He’s going to sue the pharmaceutical companies for maliciously failing to cure cancer and for deliberately promoting toxic treatments that don’t always work.  I guess he’s also going to sue everyone in sight for producing contaminated vaccines. >Do you or your family have cancer?

My entire family, or just a few members?  I don’t.  I had an aunt who died of bone cancer and a great uncle who had lung cancer.  That’s about it. >I do and have seen what HMO type medicine does to these people.

Oh, great, now let’s drag HMOs into it also. >It’s fine if you don’t to particiapate, just don’t say it’s crap for >everyone.

Why not? >After all, do you know these doctors behind this suit are wrong?

No.  Do you know they’re right?  Is there any reason to assume they’re right?  I went out and did a web search on Horowitz and his book and to me, at least, he comes across as a paranoid looney, frankly.  Even if he’s right, which I doubt, he’s not doing his cause any good. >Also if writing my congresscritter would do any good, things would >have changed 20 years ago.

What happened then? >My job is working with government agencies . Besides the lobbiests >control what goes on.

HMOs and insurance companies have some of the heaviest lobbying around.  If there were cheaper nontoxic treatments, why wouldn’t they be for it, to cut costs?   — David Wright :: wright at ibnets.com :: Not a Spokesman for Anyone      These are my opinions only, but they’re almost always correct.      While the unexamined life may not be worth living, the over-      examined life is not being lived.

Response:

David Wright- I challenge you to read "Emerging Viruses"  a book written by Dr Leonard Horowitz, the physician who is involved in the lawsuit.  The book is meticulously documented.  With documents from the CDC, etc.   Then, after you have read it, I would love to hear further comments from you.   Otherwise, in a non-challenging way, I say that you don’t have the full picture of what is involved here.  Lastly, I want to say that I am not looking for a debate.  You can choose whether or not you want to be informed on this issue. Robin To live, to learn, to love, to leave a legacy.

>David >You have missed the point.

I wouldn’t bet on that, if I were you.  Since you didn’t include any context, I assume you are   a) referring to me   b) talking about my comments on this silly lawsuit that’s trolling      for contributors >Many less toxic treatment can’t be patented-so big business won’t >invest in seeing some of these treatments tested because they won’t >make any money.

Probably not.  On the other hand, this might well be one of the reasons we have a government — to do things that business doesn’t want to do because there’s no profit in it.  (Of course, you’re also assuming that other medical researchers won’t do this, but never mind that now.)  So, if there are all these groovy nontoxic treatments out there, why not write your Congresscritter? There’s also a big point you’re missing.  Suppose these unpatentable treatments do work?  There’s nothing to prevent a pharm company from investigating them, extracting the active ingredients, and patenting those and making a bundle on them. >There are some better ways to stay alive and fight the cancer. Did >you Oprah’s show on breast cancer recently? She had a >doctor who has a book out on how the slow or shrink cancers with >DIET.

Not shocking.  We already know it works on heart disease. >You read this NG so you must believe in alternatives. Five years, as Steve Harris pointed out.   — David Wright :: wright at ibnets.com :: Not a Spokesman for Anyone      These are my opinions only, but they’re almost always correct.      While the unexamined life may not be worth living, the over-      examined life is not being lived.

It took five years.  Wow, an eternity.  And doctors sure weren’t convinced by alternative medicine, which hadn’t any more clue than they did.  The alternative folks haven’t exactly been saying ulcers were caused by a germ for the last 50 years, you know.  On the contrary, alternative medicine has been fighting against the germ theory of disease in various ways since orthodox medicine accepted it.                                        Steve Harris, M.D.

Response:

I received this via e-mail from Dr. Len Horowitz and thought some might find it interesting.                                                     Robin To whom it may concern: The following posting briefly explains the class action lawsuit being initiated on behalf of cancer and vaccine victims, and others who have sustained immune system related injuries from medical procedures including chemo and radiation therapies. This is likely to be the largest class action suit ever filed against private companies and institutions. TO JOIN THE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT read the following and then: 1. Obtain two copies of your hospital records as described below. 2. Send them, along with your name, address, telephone number, social security number, and brief description of your injury/illness and suspected cause to Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz, P. O. Box 2033, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864. (One copy will be relayed to Dr. Lew Brenneman at the address below.) THIS IS ALL THAT IS REQUIRED at the present time as detailed below. Individual cases will be examined for merit and inclusion into the class. You will be contacted by Dr. Brenneman’s or Ms. Sodaro’s office after acceptance. Since this effort will tax the administrative staffs of Tetrahedron, Inc.–a nonprofit educational company–and Dr. Horowitz, we are requesting small or large financial donations from those who can afford the non-tax deductable contribution. A portion of the $40 "sponsoring member" contribution made to the "National Health Education and Political Action Initiative (NHEPAI)" will be applied for this purpose, and your support is greatly needed and appreciated. THUS, 3. Optional: Financially support this grassroots and legal initiative by becoming at least a $40 sponsor of the "Petition for the U.S. Congress to Investigate Toxic Biological and Chemical Exposures of Americans" by the medical/military industrialists who will be named as defendants in this class action lawsuit. Please make your checks payable N.H.E.P.A.I. and mail your donation to: N.H.E.P.A.I. P.O. Box 2033 Sandpoint, ID 83864 You will receive a political action kit including a subscription to the National Health Federation’s "Health Freedom News", 25 petitions, and the tape "Horowitz ‘On Vaccines’" (as discussed below) for your $40 donation. X-MSMail-Priority: Normal X-Priority: 3 MIME-Version: 1.0 10/17/98 Dr Leonard Horowitz Tetrahedron Publishing Group Dear Leonard, It was a pleasure talking with you last week. As we both realize, the widespread practice of begging politicians places us in a position of weakness, since they can reverse their "promises" with impunity. Therefore, both the carrot and the stick should be used for several reasons:     1. A powerful lawsuit together with accompanying publicity would        undoubtedly urge politicians to investigate the travesties        that have been hidden for decades.     2. There would be some recourse to political power since details        of this mockery would be aired in open court.     3. Aggressive attorneys would prosecute the case.     4. The participants would receive their share of the financial        awards.     [others ???] However in order to generate potent legal pressure, at least 1,000 patients must join the suit- the more that join, the greater the pressure! The following diseases would qualify a patient to join the suit:     1. Anyone with a "new virus" disease- HIV, AIDS, Ebola.     2. Anyone with adverse effects from chemotherapy and/or        radiation.     3. Other vaccine and/or immune diseases- type-1 diabetes, Gerrig        disease.     4. If in doubt, send your medical records for review. There is frequent confusion about how to deal with the cancer problem. I am told that it is easier to attack the drug companies on the basis of the adverse effects of their treatments rather than their refusal to produce safer treatments. This is a somewhat circuitous legal issue, but it will achieve our goal of publicizing the toxicity of present treatments and the absence of safe ones. These allegations are relatively simple to demonstrate since they are documented in many medical textbooks. And of course the disease is not controversial, since physicians would agree on the diagnosis of cancer. Note that this is in striking contrast to the silicone breast implant case where both the DISEASE and the CAUSE were very controversial. But in spite of these obstacles, over $3 Billion ($3,000,000,000) were won! With the new AIDS and Ebola viruses, it is likely that a similar approach can be used since much devastation has been caused by the producers of these diseases. Reasonable legal targets would be Litton, Bionet, MIT, NYU, and any other organization connected in any way to the production of these diseases. In addition, it is crucial that the public be warned that revered Universities are involved in these sordid activities. In my experience, the major challenge will be to motivate patients to join in this endeavor, since many applaud while few participate. The problems that deter cancer patients from joining the suit may be:     1. Despair in facing a lethal disease     2. Disbelief that anyone would intentionally harm them     3. Belief that cancer research is "doing the best it can"     4. Fear of anger from their physicians     5. Lack of cooperation from the alternative medicine community.     6. [others ???] I hope that this will provide a basis for enhancing participation and launching of this suit as soon as possible. In addition, please find further information below. I would appreciate your comments and editing of any of this material. Upon receiving your comments, I will forward the final version to Jennifer Sodaro, Clark Clifford, Mike Hugo, Dr Walter Kyle, and others you may suggest. I look forward to our cooperative efforts to resolve the momentous enormous predominant outstanding prominent critical major? medical deceptions of our century. Sincerely, Lew Brenneman, MD, PhD PS: There are a number of successful immunological treatments for cancer that have been published from major universities. If we can get the suit launched, I would start using these non-toxic treatments without waiting 10 years for the FDA’s blessing. Dr Brenneman is organizing a Cancer Class Action Suit that is designed to FORCE the Pharmaceutical Industry to develop SAFE and EFFECTIVE cancer treatments and STOP pushing toxic carcinogenic chemotherapy and radiation. If cancer victims seek their day in court, the devastating abuses of the Cancer Industry will come to light resulting in rapid change. This Suit would punish the Pharmaceutical Industry by costing them $Millions for the widespread harm they have caused to so many cancer victims. Begging politicians has failed. HIGHLY motivated and high paid attorneys can do the job if we are motivated to assist them! Our only choice is to hit them where it hurts- their PROFIT$. The giant silicone implant industry was brought to their knees by $BILLION, so why can’t we also FORCE A CHANGE in the mammoth Cancer Industry? The Silicone Implant case is an example. Industry deceit was exposed and they were overthrown. So too can the $Billion Cancer Industry forced to do right. He treats chronic diseases including cancer, chemical and occupational injuries, collagen vascular and auto-immune disease over the past 20 years. In addition, he has performed research with Nobel Laureate Linus Pauling at Stanford University on oncology, cerebral mapping, and immunological pathogenesis and several university research centers. He has also testified as an expert witness in numerous law suits.
